I love what I do. My passion is solving problems and designing solutions which help others achieve their goals. I’m an expert in UX strategy and visual interface design for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and mobile applications. I have 20 years of experience working as a designer in the digital space. For the past 7 years, I've successfully managed and led outcomes focused product design teams. I place value on establishing effective processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring there’s plenty of room to be creative.
Whether it's developing high-level strategy, tackling visual hurdles with designers, partnering with research to unlock user needs, or wading through organizational land mines with product stakeholders, the goal is always the same –To get results and launch effective products users actually want.
I appreciate being a mentor and leader for other designers. I take pride in consistently meeting expectations set by my peers. There's satisfaction in knowing the people around me feel supported. I prefer to be leaned on than to lean.
